In a good mood since yesterday because my abs have been progressing!! Abs by birthday is becoming a realiteeeee <: Made bacon pancakes today served with agave and bloobzzzz. Omnomnomnom.
Ingredients
3 strips turkey bacon1 egg
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs olive/coconut oil
Method
1) Blend egg, oats, cottage cheese and vanilla together.
2) Heat 1/2 tbs oil in a pan.
3) Place the bacon strip on the pan and use a spoon to pour the batter around the bacon.
4) Flip when the batter is almost cooked through aka when it's pretty dry and won't splatter as you flip it!
5) Add the other 1/2 tbs of oil in when necessary :)
