Hi all! Had this post workout the yesterday and it was delish! Really easy too.
All you need is:
1 banana
1 tbs peanut butter (I used peanut flour butter)
A piece 75% dark chocolate
Method
Preheat oven to 180•C
1) Slit the banana length wise leaving the skin on.
2) Pry the banana skin open slightly and slit the banana on the inside.
3) Spoon your peanut butter in and top with chocolate.
4) Wrap in aluminum foil.
5) Bake for 10min
