Arm workout

Hello! This is my official arm workout post. I will update this everytime I change my arm workout :) When I say 10lbs it means I'm holding a 10lbs dumbbell in each hand, when I say 12lbs it means I'm holding a 12lbs dumbbell in each hand, you get the idea? 

4 x 8 
1. Tricep push down 4-idk-the-units
Ss: Hammer curl 12.5lbs

2. Tate press 10lbs
Ss: concentration curls 12.5 lbs
Ts: Tricep kickback 7.5lbs

3. Lying supine dumbbell curl 10lbs
Ss: Skull crushers 7.5 lbs

4. Incline inner bicep curls 10 lbs
Ss: Tricep overhead extension 15lbs
Ts: cross body hammer curl 12.5lbs

Ss = Super set 
Ts = Triple set
