Yum healthy poptarts! And the fact that they're PBJ makes them even better. Busy me is busy studying so here's just a quick recipe :)
Ingredients
2 crispbreads
1.5 tbsp peanut flour
Water/milk
1/2 giant strawberry
1/2 tbsp greek yogurt
Method
1) Mix peanut flour with water or milk till you get a consistency you like and spread the peanut flour butter between the crispbreads.
2) Chop strawberry, microwave 20, then mix with yogurt.
3) Spread over "pop tart" :D
You can use jam instead of fresh strawberries and use regular peanut butter. Maybe add honey and cinnamon to the peanut flour butter or use blueberries instead of strawberries. You can even add some sugar free marshmallows and cocoa powder in there and make it a s'mores poptart! So many flavour ideas!
