No bake lasagne stack

Simple and quick recipe! Mountain wraps are magic. This looks harder than it is to make. It's still really rainy here so warm food is welcome in my belly. It tastes very lasagne like but I can't call it lasagne so it's a lasagne stack ^^ Enjoy!




Ingredients
1/2 tbs olive oil
3 tbs onion chopped
100 g minced chicken
1/2 small tomato chopped
1 tbs tomato paste
1/4 chopped carrot
2 tbs water
McCormick Italian herbs
4 tbs cottage cheese
1 mountain bread chia seed wrap (or any square wrap)

Method
1) Sauté onion and cook chicken in the pan using olive oil.
2) Then add tomato, carrot, tomato paste, water and herbs. Cook till it becomes a chunky sauce.
3) Fold wrap into quarters and tear apart before layering sauce and cottage cheese in between.

  1. Hi where do you buy your mountain bread? Try looking at cold storage but couldn't find it

    1. Haven't bought them in a while but they usually have them at cold storage. Maybe you can try another branch!
