Healthiepanda pancakes

As I was jogging today I was trying to decide what pancakes I should make for post workout. Apple pie? Raspberry? Blueberry? KIWI??? I decided on these chocolate vanilla panda pancakes!



Oh panda. You did nothing to deserve getting eaten by me.

Ingredients
3 tbs oatmeal
3 tbs cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbs agave syrup
1 tbs olive oil (to fry the pancakes)

Method
1) Blend the oatmeal in a food processor or a mini blender until it turns into oat flour.
2) Add the egg and cottage cheese in and blend somemore.
3) Then divide the batter into two bowls. One bowl should have slightly more batter.
4) Add the vanilla to the bowl with more batter.
5) Add the cocoa and agave to the other bowl with less batter.
6) Make 1 pancake with the vanilla flavoured batter. That's your panda face! :)
7) Make 4 smaller pancakes with the chocolate batter and let it burn just a little. Use leftover batter to make hearts or flowers or something to keep your panda company.
8) Arrange the panda parts and then add strawberries if you wish (:
